The Greater Kansas City Festival of Faiths is a community collaboration created to highlight and expand interfaith activities in Kansas City.
- November 1st, Sunday - Festival of Faiths Teen Film Event showing the film Arranged, at the Johnson County Central Resource Library, 9875 W. 87th St., Overland Park, KS, 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. The Festival of Faiths is in its third year of celebrating religious diversity here in Kansas City, and this year Johnson County Library will help celebrate with a special event for teens! The library and the KC Interfaith Youth Alliance will show the film Arranged followed by discussion. For teens ages 13 and up. Refreshments provided.
- November 9th, Monday - Women Drumming the Beat of Their Faith at House of Menuha, 801 E. 77th St., Kansas City, MO, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.. Women will come together from different faiths to drum for the intention of honoring our differences as we focus on peace for the planet, and all persons.
- November 10th, Tuesday - Eboo Patel High School Event – 10 a.m. at Notre Dame de Sion High School, 10631 Wornall Rd, Kansas City
- November 10th, Tuesday - Eboo Patel, Keynote Address, 7:30 p.m. Congregation Beth Shalom, 9400 Wornall, Kansas City, MO. Purchase your tickets and be sure to mark your calendar.
- November 11th, Wednesday - Vital Conversations. Acts of Faith, The Story of an American Muslim, the Struggle for the Soul of a Generation by Eboo Patel. Discussion led by Rev. Dr. David Nelson at Antioch Mid-Continent Library, 6060 N. Chestnut, Gladstone, MO – 1-2:30 p.m.
- November 12th, Thursday - Greater KC Interfaith Council Table of Faiths Luncheon, Hyatt Regency Hotel, 2345 McGee Street, Kansas City, MO 64108, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Honoring Ahmed El-Sherif and All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church.
- November 15th, Sunday, - Harvesters, 3801 Topping Ave. Kansas City, MO. Interfaith Youth Alliance Community Service Project for KC area middle and high school students! 1 p.m.. Help sort food. Refreshments and discussion to follow. Contact

- November 19th, Thursday - The Writers Place – 7 p.m. Voicing the Spiritual Self: The Language of Doubt and Belief. The Writers Place and the Festival of Faiths present a multifaceted reading by a diverse group of Kansas City authors as they share, in poetry and prose, their inner pilgrimages. Featuring a broad spectrum of spiritual geography, these writers will invite you into their personal stories of doubt and/or belief. Join us at The Writers Place, 3607 Pennsylvania, KC, MO, 7:00 p.m.. Suggested donation: $5.00 TWO PLACES: no apostrophe in Writers Place
- November 22nd, Sunday - Interfaith Thanksgiving Sunday Family Ritual Meal sponsored by CRES, 6-8 p.m. at The Islamic School of Kansas City, 10515 Grandview Road. Honoree: Cynthia Siebert, founder of the Friends of Chamber Music.
- November 23rd, Monday - The Hindu and the Çowboy – the one-hour play based on true stories collected from people of diverse faith experience, brought back by popular demand. The Hindu and the Cowboy will be presented at the Truman Forum Auditorium, Plaza Library 4801 Main Street, Kansas City, MO at 7 p.m.. A "Talk-back" will follow the show. FREE
